We can use the customer's own moulds - but on new products we design our own moulds to ease production and reduce the time in finishing the parts. This lowers costs and achieves high quality products.

We believe good mould design and dedicated manufacture is the key to success. That is why we involve all our team from the initial design stage, through to production.

We use various toolmakers to produce moulds to our designs, and specifications. This ensures tooling costs are kept to a minimum for the type of production run.
